O’FALLON, Mo. A 23-year-old woman was charged on Wednesday for two counts of forgery for trying to cash a fraudelent check on May 17.
A First Bank manager reported Heather L. Kelly cashed a payroll check from McDonald’s in the amount of $596.22. This amount was later determined to be fraudulent.
The forgeries are both class 3 felonies. Kelly’s bail is set at $40,000.
